Acceptance of Terms. By using https://sofreshandsocleanocd.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, So Fresh & So Clean OCD markets and arranges Residential Cleaning, House Cleaning Service, Deep Cleaning, Move-out Cleaning, Move-in Cleaning, Maid Service, Post Construction Cleaning, Janitorial Services. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://sofreshandsocleanocd.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of So Fresh & So Clean OCD or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. So Fresh & So Clean OCD may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
As-Is Basis. https://sofreshandsocleanocd.com is provided on an "as is" basis. So Fresh & So Clean OCD makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of So Fresh & So Clean OCD arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify So Fresh & So Clean OCD from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of AZ, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in AZ.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
